These terms are between you and PaintedApp, LLC, which operates reviewbook. Write to support@painted.app.

For a buyer writing a review

Write about the order you received, in your own words. By sending the form you allow the shop to show your words, your stars, the name you gave and the date on its pages, for as long as it uses reviewbook. Your words are never edited. A shop may hide a review; it may not change one. Do not include anyone's private details, and do not write anything you know to be false.

For a shop

Your review book is $29 a month per shop, billed by Stripe until you cancel. It includes one request to each paying buyer after delivery, the buyer's form, the desk where you hide or show reviews, and the 2 KB snippet and feed that print them on your pages. The method page describes each rule, and those rules are part of these terms.

You agree not to edit, reorder for effect, or misattribute a review; not to offer anything in exchange for one; not to write reviews yourself or have them written; and not to send requests for orders that were not paid or not delivered. A shop that breaks these may have its book closed.

Cancelling

Cancel at any time from the Stripe receipt's link or by writing to support@painted.app. Your book stays readable until the end of the paid month. After that the feed answers with no reviews and the snippet prints nothing.

Availability

reviewbook is a small service run by a small team. When the feed cannot be reached, the snippet prints nothing rather than an error, so your page stays whole. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and our liability for any month is limited to what you paid for that month.

Changes

If these terms change, we write to paying shops 30 days before the change takes effect, and the date at the top changes with it.
